Final Assesment
The past few months in P.E. I have shown responsibility, sportsmanship, and a good attitude. I always bring my P.E. strip everyday and I try to keep them clean for future uses. When it comes to participating, I always rely to a friend to increase my confidence and work my way until I get to know the game. Skill levels are a bit of a trouble for me, since I don't spend my free time on sports. It's one of the reasons why I'm not good with some specific sports including basketball and volleyball. This is one area where I can improve on. Blog writing is not a problem for me since I have wrote a couple of them as the school year move on. Although I have done pretty well in this course, my blog does not contain any photographic evidence. But next year I'll try to keep that in mind. My fitness days gave me amazing results. I proved that I could last long on a community run meaning that I could run the whole thing without stopping. My beep test gave me surprising results. Every time I do one, I would either improve or stay the same. Overall, I think I deserve an A which equates to a 90 percent.

Report Card Grade
During the past few months of P.E. I have been curious about what grade I deserve. A couple of improvements have been made and sometimes thereis no improvement at all. Overall I think that I should be getting an A on my report card because I try to write blogs as much as I can, I bring my P.E. strip everyday, also I have a good and positive attitude towards other people. Although I think I could improve more during "fitness days" even though I strive hard.

P.E. 10 Overall Work Habits (For Interim Report)
I think I deserve a G in my Interim Report because for the past five weeks I have been seeing a few improvements on some areas. I try to write blogs on fitness days and I hope they count towards my grade. I learn many ways on how to do certain types of fitness. I learned a lot from my peer tutors. I always bring my P.E. strip everyday and try to get them clean as much as possible. I'm always motivating my team especially during fitness days.

Fitness Tusday (February 25, 2014)
The activity during the day was The Loco Locomotion. The whole point of the activity was to follow the moves that were written on the whiteboard (Ex: sprinting, crab walking, lunge jumps, side lunges etc.). In the first 10- 20 minutes you had to follow each moves until the beeper beeps. There were a lot of troubles for me since the time limit goes longer. My fitness surprisingly increased at this rate. Althought I improved today, I felt like I should try pushing myself on Friday.

Fitness Tuesday (Februrary 18 2014)
Another Fitness Day. The entitre class had to do the timed circuit in which you switch every minute and do whatever it is you desire. I experimented in a way where I can do as much fitness as possible. There was one thing that was missing during the circuit, and that would be the Rest Station. I couldn't tell if I was improving or not. Today I learned how to create varieties of moves that you can do, when your having fitness all by yourself.

Fitness Friday (February 14, 2014)
Today in P.E. the whole class had to do The Extended Beep Test in which where you can run as much as you can and rest for one or two beeps each round. Improvements have yet to be attained. In fact I went a bit higher than before. My regular run went from 10 and then I started resting, although I ran all the way for level 21 Today I learned how to run the beep test without giving up and stay out of my comfort zone.

Fitness Tuesday (February 11 2014) INSANITY
Today, there wasn't a beep test, instead the 1st block class did "Insanity". It was another one person job activity. There were no improvements during P.E. My stamina changed by an inch. I learned that I still need some more time to focus on my Phys Ed.

Fitness Friday (February 7, 2014)
Today, was the 45-Minute Fitness Activity. We were assigned to follow what the P.E. staff were doing, for example: JUMPING JACKS, PUSH-UPS, ETC. I didn't need help from another person since this was a one person job. I felt a slight pain on my left arm during the activity, and I figured that I need to spend more time on my strenght in order to succeed. But I learned that my stamina is improving more and more. I am hoping to see some improvement on next week's BEEP TEST.
