Fitness Tuesday (Febuary 4,2014)


Today, was Fitness Tuesday, so I had to see where my fitness level was. Our class did the beep test in the large gym. I assumed that I was gonna need some help from my friends and here were my results...

Beep Test:
- 9.0
-I ran my best. (My Personal Record is 11)
-I tried going outside of my comfort zone

Body Bridge
-1 Minute 2 Seconds

Wall Touch
-270 cm
-235 cm

Body Press
- 13 Times

T-Run Test
-10.9 Seconds

Board Balancing
-Floor Touches: 13 in 30 Seconds


"It felt like I needed some more time working on my fitness level and push harder. I learned not to pushed myself too far or I'll start vomiting"
